convenient location separate bathtub
i found the location very convenient to chinatown. the room included both a shower and a bathtub.
Waiting for the elevators took longer than i expected. It was sometimes shared with staff.

great location nice room
The location is great. It is very close to the chinatown metro station. it is literally across the road! a great food hall is located just two or three hundred meters down the road. the hotel staff was very accommodating, and the room was very nice.

The grand premier room was great. Amenities are state-of-the-art. pillows are fluffy, and the bed is very comfy. the bathtub included bath salts to make it even better.

The gym impressed me. It included a large virtual screen. guests can choose from virtual classes for a diverse workout experience. the swimming pool on the roof is limited in space, but it offers a lovely view when dark.

the location was acceptable as it was close to many attractions.
The beautiful room felt very small and lacked sufficient storage. we had trouble opening our luggages and felt cramped. the breakfast experience was mediocre. The dining place was small and crowded and the food was not what i expect.

the staff was so lovely. they were friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the hotel itself. i loved the tea ceremony, it was so much fun. the rooftop pool had such a good view.
i found the breakfast selection a bit limited. it could have been better for a 5 star hotel. the cold meats were not in a refrigerated area. some bread rolls were not fresh either.

Really good Stay!
convenient location warmth hospitality infinity pool good touch
The location near the MRT was convenient! The hotel staff displayed genuine warmth and provided really good hospitality throughout my stay. The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing views. The complimentary tea ceremony at arrival was a good touch and felt cute.
I experienced a minor inconvenience due to slow elevators.
